Northam’s annual Bilya Festival is back for 2026.
This year is set to be the biggest one yet, and we can’t wait to welcome you.
With so many great things happening throughout the evening, there is sure to be something for everyone.

𝗙𝗶𝘁𝘇𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁, 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗕𝗗
This year, our festival features a Hollywood-themed street parade! The parade will showcase local businesses, creative and sporting groups, and schools, all walking, riding, or dancing down our main street.

This spectacular event is not to be missed. Please gather on either side of the road, from Beavis Place to Grey Street, to witness the incredible creativity of our local community.

Thanks to Lotterywest, we’re proud to announce that all carnival rides will be free again this year! Head down to Bernard Park to enjoy some quality time with the kids and soak up the festive atmosphere.

Head down to Bernard Park and soak up the vibrant atmosphere of this year’s carnival area. Packed with exciting games, colourful showbags, and plenty of fun for all ages.

Don’t miss out on the festival market stalls, located to the left of the soundshell. Take the opportunity to wander through, discover local treasures, and perhaps pick up something truly unique.

Watch the park come alive with a variety of food trucks! With soft lighting and the delicious aromas in the air, what could be a better way to enjoy dinner? There will also be plenty of local eateries and bars open throughout the CBD, ensuring there’s something for every taste.

Get ready to rock the night away as Another Fine Mess takes the Sound Shell stage. This fantastic band will keep the music flowing all evening, pausing only briefly for the parade. With covers of all your favourite pub classics, they’re sure to get everyone into the party mood!
