If you have previously podiumed at a category (unless your entering Opens) you must enter the level above. Consideration will be taken for those who have podiumed in comps where there was an unusually small field etc. Get in touch and we can discuss.

Rising Bar format. All athletes must attempt the opening weight.

3 x implements carried 15m and loaded onto a trailer
