On September 10, Chef Ryan invites you to an intimate Chef’s Table experience featuring seven small plates and an exclusive preview of dishes from North Stone Kitchen’s upcoming fall menu before they are available to the public.
This is more than a traditional dinner. It is an opportunity to step inside the creative process and experience a new menu as it comes to life.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy seven thoughtfully curated small plates created by Chef Ryan and the North Stone Kitchen culinary team. Each plate will showcase the seasonal ingredients, flavors, and inspiration shaping the restaurant’s next menu.
Chef Ryan will personally guide guests through the experience, sharing the story behind each creation, explaining the creative decisions that brought it together, and offering an inside look at how a restaurant menu is developed.
Thoughtfully selected wine pairings will be served throughout the experience to complement the flavors of the featured plates and enhance the complete dining experience.
Guests will also have the opportunity to score each plate and share their thoughts directly with the culinary team. Your feedback may help influence the final dishes featured on North Stone Kitchen’s fall menu, giving you the rare opportunity to taste the food before its official release and play a part in what comes next.
