North Somerset Council Bus User Forum October 2025 (online)

Welcome to the North Somerset Council Bus User Forum 2025. This online event is for residents, businesses, councillors and anyone intersted in the future of local bus services.

Whether you're a regular bus user or just have some thoughts to share, we want to hear from you. Join us for programme updates, workshop sessions, and more. Don't miss out on this opportunity to have your voice heard!

What to expect

You'll hear from councillors, officers and bus operators about plans to make buses in North Somerset more reliable, accessibile and comfortable. You will also learn about how bus services are funded, and the tendering process for services that the council has to undertake with operators each year.

You are also invited to share your experiences with bus operators and the council. This includes ideas for future bus services and WESTlink (demand responsive transport).

Choose the session that suits you best

There are two Bus User Forum events to choose from.

• Online, Monday 27 October on Microsoft Teams (Click here to register)
• In-person, Wednesday 29 October at Portishead Children's Centre (register above by clicking 'get tickets')

Both sessions will cover the same information, so attendance at only one is needed.
