Hi North Pointe Neighbors!
We’re excited to announce that the • North Pointe Community Fall Yard Sale • is officially happening on:
� Saturday, September 20, 2025 | 8AM–2PM!
We’ve thoughtfully chosen this date with our whole community in mind. It falls the weekend after Ethan’s Purpose 5K�, a meaningful event that brings lots of people into our neighborhood. By scheduling the sale the following weekend, we’re giving ourselves a built-in marketing boost— we’ll be making a new banner to hang during race weekend to promote the upcoming yard sale to all the visitors passing through. Then, the day after the race, we’ll update those signs to say “Yard Sale This Saturday!” This way, we can keep the momentum going and welcome even more friendly faces into our neighborhood.
This year, to help everyone feel more comfortable and included, we’re switching things up a bit. Since we post our yard sale info publicly, in Northern Kentucky and local neighborhood yard sale groups, we’ll be sharing a list of • PARTICIPATING STREETS • instead of individual addresses. This gives neighbors more privacy, flexibility, and makes it easier for last-minute joiners to be part of the fun—while still guiding shoppers to the right areas.
� As always, the classics are welcome—lemonade stands, bake sales, fundraisers, and more!
