Join us as we learn the art of scoring sourdough bread, bringing elegance and style to loaves, boules and more from sourdough enthusiast Paige Powell!!
Class Description:
In this class, we will learn how to score and prepare sourdough for baking. Scoring is an essential step before the sourdough goes in the oven; and in this lesson we will unpack why and learn different scoring techniques that will help your bread rise beautifully while baking.
We will also go over the final shaping techniques to ensure your bread comes out nice and round.
