North of 60 Chair Yoga, a gentle and welcoming yoga group designed for men and women ages 60+. This class focuses on improving flexibility, balance, strength, and relaxation - all from the comfort and support of a chair.No prior yoga experience is needed. Movements are adaptable for all ability levels, making this a safe and enjoyable way to care for your body and mind while connecting with others.
Meets the first Wednesday of each month.
Men and women ages 60+ are welcome.
