Want to take an active role in preserving and sharing the history of Northtown? The North Kansas City Historical Society could use your help!
Join us for a volunteer workday at the North Kansas City Public Library on Saturday, Aug. 29, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Can't make it at 9? No problem—drop in whenever you can.
We'll be sorting and organizing collections, sleeving historic photographs, and identifying the people, places, and dates captured in our images. If you're a longtime Northtowner with memories to share, we'd especially love your help.
It's also a great opportunity to learn more about volunteering with the Historical Society on a regular basis. Hope to see you there!
