North East Skinny Dip is an established and popular annual mass skinny dip which takes place with the sunrise on Druridge Bay in Northumberland. It is a celebration of life! Of nature! And of our own, unique, physical bodies! It's about taking a risk and embracing a moment of pure joy and freedom! It provides a rare opportunity to step into our vulnerability, banish shame and crush the beauty myth!
Since our first dip together in 2012 we have raised over £200,000 to improve local mental health services and local mental health!
NESD is not just a skinny dip.
It's an experience.
