3rd Annual Hispanic Heritage Awards joins the North County Business Expo to celebrate small businesses and community leaders serving San Diego North County. WINRadioUSA and My San Diego North County are honored to host the awards. Congratulations to all the honorees who were selected by the following; Supervisor Jim Desmond, Assemblywoman Marie Waldron, Assemblywoman Laurie Davies, and State Senator Brian Jones.
