Host Drew Wilson-McGrath would like to introduce you to your two new favorite comics: David Tveite & Cameron Peloso.
David Tveite (pronounced like “whitey” with a ‘t’ in front of it) is a lanky, perpetually embarrassed Minnesotan guy who has been thrilling and delighting audiences of all shapes and sizes with his standup comedy for over ten years. He is a cheerful pessimist with sharply crafted material that is absurd but acerbic, cranky but whimsical, and cerebral but also very, very stupid. People seem to like it for the most part.
Cameron Peloso began his comedy career at just 17 in Orange County and quickly climbed the ranks of the stand-up scene. In 2023, he claimed the title of Portland’s Funniest Person at Helium Comedy Club and was voted #1 in Willamette Week’s Funniest Person poll—despite barely being old enough to vote. Now, he’s making his television debut on Amazon Prime’s Coming to the Stage.
Cameron delivers a voracious blend of wit, biting intellect, and—well—charm, winning over audiences and coaxing laughter from even the darkest corners of life. He’s hilarious, and we’re pretty sure you’re going to love him.
