Nordic Walking

What we'll do in this session...

Come and join our Nordic Walking taster session with Cath and David from the Lang Toun Nordic Walkers. David is a qualified instructor who will guide you. Nordic poles will be provided. Nordic is a great way to increase your fitness as you are using your upper body as well as your legs. Come and try something new, meet new people and get out in the fresh air. If you can walk around the park, then this is for you.

We'll meet inside the park next to the car park, look out for the folks with the Nordic walking poles!
