Mindfulness practices for women:

*Breath Training: Explore science-based techniques designed to support emotional well-being, enhance sleep quality, and elevate overall performance.

*Sound Healing: A live sound bath accompanies meditative breathing for a deeply relaxing experience.

*Building Community: A supportive space will be offered; including thoughtful prompts to encourage reflection and journaling. Participants may clarify their personal intentions and sources of gratitude.

*Cold Therapy: End with an optional cold plunge to practice using these tools in a mildly stressful—but safe and supportive—setting.
