We live and work in times that often feel unsettled. Global tensions, social polarization, rapid technological change, increasing demands, and a constant flow of information challenge not only the organisations and communities we serve, but also ourselves as professionals.
The Nordic-Baltic Quality Days for Supervisors 2026 invite supervisors and reflective practitioners to gather, pause, and explore what it means to work thoughtfully in a world where certainty cannot be taken for granted.
Across these two days, we invite participants into a shared space of curiosity, professional exchange, and collective inquiry. Together, we will explore how supervision can support resilience and thoughtful practice in changing times.
The programme combines keynote presentations, experiential workshops, reflection groups, and opportunities for informal dialogue with colleagues from across the Nordic and Baltic countries.
Themes include:
➡️ uncertainty, complexity, and not-knowing;
➡️ anxiety, resilience, hope, and trust;
➡️ holding and containment;
➡️ dialogue and relationships;
➡️ professional identity, agency, and failure narratives;
➡️ organisational dynamics, leadership, and change;
➡️ AI, decision-making, and professional judgement;
➡️ futures and working with uncertainty;
➡️ safety, values, and group dynamics.
Participants will be introduced to a rich variety of perspectives and methods, including systems-psychodynamic thinking, Open Dialogue, narrative and solution-focused approaches, futures literacy, metaphor and contemplation cards, nature-based supervision, reflective mapping, and experiential group processes.
Alongside learning and inspiration, the event offers a valuable opportunity to exchange practices, discover new methods, build professional networks, and strengthen the Nordic-Baltic supervision community.
Join us in Vilnius for two days of learning, reflection, dialogue, and connection.
