Saturday In-Hand Obstacle Challenge (IH) - the In-Hand event obstacles are completed dismounted. You may be saddled, halters with leads are recommended. All non-riding equines are welcome and encouraged to compete!
Saturday Trail Challenge (TC) - A lovely 8 mile trail ride with judged obstacles placed in camp and/or on the trail. All riding disciplines are welcome.
Saturday Jackpot Obstacle Challenge (RR) - timed race, 60% payout of entry fees. Basic judging criteria, time added for missed criteria. (this does not count for ETS Placement points, Ranking points, or tournaments).
Sunday Mounted Obstacle Challenge - the Mounted event obstacles are completed while riding in saddle. All riding disciplines are welcome as well as bit-less headstalls.
Sunday Obstacle Trail Challenge (TC) - A relaxing 6 mile trail ride with judged obstacles placed in camp and/or on the trail. All riding disciplines are welcome.
THE TERRAIN
Arena footing, flat sandy footing around horse area of the park, mostly flat, wide trails with some moderate hills and a few rocky areas along the trail.
MEALS
At your leisure, food truck may be available.
AWARDS
Beautiful ribbons 1st-6th place Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced Per Event!
1st-3rd place Junior (age 13-17)
1st-3rd place Youngin' (age 7-12)
and 1st place Newcomer!

2024 NorCal SUMMER Buckle Series (awarded at our Aug 24-25 event weekend)

2024 NorCal BRACKET Buckle Series (awarded at our Dec 7-8 event weekend)
2024 NorCal SADDLE Series (awarded at our Dec 7-8 event weekend)

7:00am Main entrance open for Day Use Attendees
7:45-8:30am Check In
8:30am Rider Meeting
9:00am Judge Meeting
9:30am 1st handlers on In-Hand course
Lunch At your leisure, food truck may be available
Trail First riders on the Trail course - 1 hr after last In-Hand course
Jackpot Jackpot meeting and on course within 1 hour after last trail rider in
Judge Shout Outs once all riders are in!
