For all those looking forward to a fun summer picnic event that is centered around the best breed on the planet, the Shiba Inu, than what better way to spend a day then to participate in this year's SFNC Shiba Party! For those thinking about getting a Shiba or wanting to learn more about the breed please feel free to come on by (you don't need a Shiba to attend).** New Location **

In an effort to accommodate those from areas north we will be trying out a brand new location this year in Napa that boasts plenty of grass, shade trees and parking with beautiful weather.
This will be the 32nd year of the event and it has grown from a small BBQ with a handful of local people wanting to get together with their Shibas to a large picnic event with people bringing their Shibas from all around the Bay Area!
NOTE: Last year we moved away from our standard Potluck to a "Bring-Your-Own-Food-&-Drink" style event. We found it to be a little safer health-wise and it also allow our event to run a little smoother so we'll be doing the same again this year.
There are Shiba contests (including the always fun "Costume Contest"), a Shiba Rescue Parade, a Toy Grab for your Shibas, an extensive Raffle filled with hard-to-find Shiba items, a Silent Auction with exclusive and one-of-a-kind Shiba memorabilia, and much, much more!
Please note special requirements of our permit with the city (please follow the rules or you will be asked to leave):
- ALL dogs MUST be on a leash AT ALL TIMES!
- No smoking anywhere in the park
- No alcoholic beverages are allowed at the park
