Then be sure and come to our special NOON Year's Eve Story Time, where we help you celebrate all the excitement together as a family! Complete with a countdown to the big moment just before noon, and a visit from our library owl, Swoop.Can't make it to story time? We'll have a passive craft in the Kids Area all day.
