Toast the new year and watch the balloons drop when the clock strikes NOON on December 31! Celebrate the new year kids’ style at Freeport Community Library with fun crafts and games to ring in 2026! Drop in any time after 11 am but come early so you don’t miss the countdown to the balloon drop! Keep dancing until you drop—or until 1 pm, whichever comes first.
