oin us for the Nook Fitness Powerlifting Meet Saturday, April 18th from 8:00AM - 3:00PM.This event is for people of all strength levels and experience. Whether you're a seasoned powerlifter or you're just starting out, come test out your strength in a positive and encouraging environment.
Athletes will attempt to lift the heaviest weight possible in three main lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift.
Competitors are divided into flights (groups) and each lift has three attempts.
The competition is judged by officials, and the lifters with the 2 highest total scores (DOTS) across the three lifts wins prizes!
