When we label someone as this, and we think we have been dismissed, or manipulated, maybe we are feeling confused? Like we were wanting connection but you don’t even feel connected to ourselves?

Many of us encounter behaviors that make authentic communication difficult—such as blame-shifting, defensiveness, invalidation, control, or a lack of empathy. Whether these patterns appear in family, friendships, dating, work, or community spaces, learning to stay grounded and connected to yourself is an important practice.

Join us for this workshop as we explore how to recognize and respond to challenging relational dynamics with greater awareness, self-trust, and compassion.

This class is not about diagnosing or labeling others. Instead, we will focus on developing practical skills to help us navigate difficult interactions while staying connected to our values, needs, and boundaries.

Together, we will:

✨ Practice owning our experience without blame or judgment
✨ Strengthen our ability to set clear and compassionate boundaries, honoring our capacities rather than putting up walls

✨ Learn grounding tools to stay connected to ourselves during conflict
✨ Explore how curiosity and discernment can coexist
✨ Engage in games and experiential exercises in a supportive environment

No prior NVC experience is necessary. This gathering is designed to be welcoming, interactive, and accessible for both newcomers and experienced practitioners.
