About this Event

Join us for an uplifting in-person gathering where Black and Brown women come together to share, connect, and grow. This is where you reclaim your strength, your energy, and your peace. This workshop is in a warm, supportive space. If you've been longing for ease, clarity, and a sense of being supported instead of stretched thin- then this workshop is designed for you.

About This Group

This group is a space for Black and Brown Women in their thirties and older looking for a deeper connection—one where you can grow alongside other women while also contributing to their growth. Conversations will focus on what makes you feel most alive, and connected to yourself, to others, and to something greater than yourself.

This is a circle where wisdom is shared, where each woman's voice is honored—a place of mutual support and active listening.

It is a space where spirituality will be explored—not as a religion, but rather as a relationship with God during one’s personal and evolving journey, where diversity and inclusion are celebrated.

What to expect:

30-minute yoga or movement session
An empowering discussion on the theme: "Rising Together: Celebrating strength, resilience, and grace" served with beverages and light refreshments.
Experience the type of rest(mental, physical, spiritual, sensory, social, emotional, creative) that your mind, body and spirit needs at that moment
Learn strategies and actionable tools to maintain balance and emotional and spirtitual well-being in every season of your life.
Enhancing your ability of Emotional Self- Regulation: being able to manage stress, anxiety, and heavy emotions while fostering resilence
Community and Support: Experience encouragement, accountability, and shared growth throughout your journey.
