This session is designed for nonprofit staff, board members, volunteers, and leaders who want to strengthen their organization’s fundraising confidence and readiness.
The morning session, Overcoming the Fear of Making the Ask, will focus on one of the most common fundraising challenges: how to talk about money, make the ask, and build confidence in donor conversations.
The afternoon session, Organizational Readiness for Fundraising, will help participants step back and look at whether their organization has the systems, messaging, board engagement, and internal alignment needed to support stronger fundraising efforts.
