About this Event
This workshop provides a deep dive into Pumas, a powerful pharmacometric platform designed for modeling and simulation in drug development. Over three days, participants will gain hands-on experience and knowledge, starting from basic workflows to advanced topics such as population pharmacokinetics (PK), bioequivalence, and sequential PKPD modeling. Experts will guide attendees through various stages of model building, diagnostics, and data wrangling, with opportunities to explore specialized areas like absorption models, using non-Gaussian random effects and data models, and time-to-event analysis.
The workshop will also offer a sneak peek into DeepPumas, highlighting the integration of machine learning with pharmacometrics.
