Kicking off our 2026-2027 season's Detour Series this October, we invite you to experience the Downtown Spirit Stroll—a one-of-a-kind theatrical walking tour where you'll visit four familiar Downtown Bloomington locations and uncover the lore behind some of the area's most haunting tales.
Journey to four Downtown Bloomington locations—Eaton Gallery, Von Champs Boutique, the Ensenberger Building Lobby, and the Fox & Hounds lobby—to experience some spooky original monologues and short scenes written by local playwrights Devon Lovell and Todd Wineburner and directed by Dave Krostal.
This experience is the perfect spooky season Detour with performances October 23-25, 2026, featuring original works inspired by the local legends and ghost stories surrounding some of downtown's most iconic storefronts.
