Formed in 2017, Nomad is a 3-piece band that combines jazz grooves and world music rhythms. After the pandemic, we emerged with a lot of new tunes and a freshly-produced album called “Turning Point”, featuring 8 tunes composed by the band members. In June 2025, we went into the studio to lay down tracks for our second album of original music, to be titled “See The World”.
We play original music that reflects our love of American and European jazz and also incorporates musical styles from around the globe – Africa, India, the Far East, the Caribbean…..
The band personnel is: Dave Lee on piano/organ/keyboards, Steve Duke on bass guitar/upright bass and Rick Wills on drums/percussion.
