Join NOMA PDX for a guided tour of the Portland Art Museum, featuring the new Mark Rothko Pavilion and the renovation of the museum’s historic campus.

Led by project architects from Hennebery Eddy Architects, with participation from Mortenson, this tour offers a behind-the-scenes look at the design and construction of one of Portland’s most significant cultural projects, developed in collaboration with Vinci Hamp Architects.

Participants will explore how new and historic structures are integrated, with discussion of key topics including seismic design strategies, building envelope systems and materiality, and the broader community engagement and planning process that shaped the project. Space is limited to maintain a small-group experience.
