About this Event
Join us as Amanda Fennell shares her unconventional journey from archaeology to Chief Security Officer.
This session explores the surprising parallels between these seemingly disparate fields and how skills honed in archaeology—analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving—laid the foundation for a successful cybersecurity career.
In her current role as CSO, Amanda is responsible for championing and directing security strategy in risk management and compliance practices and building and supporting information technology initiatives.
She also hosted Relativity’s Security Sandbox, a security podcast exploring and explaining the unique links between non-security topics and the security realm.
Big shoutout to our friends at Tulane University SoPA - Information Technology for sponsoring this event!
