What to expect
The Z Team & VB Surf Sessions have teamed up to give you a weekly experience like no other!
If you have your own board the cost is nothing and it you need to rent a board it's only 27 bucks!
Class space is VERY limited and will definitely fill up every week! We only have room for 12 folks who need to rent a board and 12 folks who have their own board for a total of 24 participants weekly .
If you want to participate please text 757-375-7325 to let us know! You MUST receive a text confirmation back to confirm you are in! If you need to rent a board please Venmo Courtney Rollins Zawisa 27 bucks after you have received your text confirmation!
We will meet at Owls Creek Public Boat Launch next to the Virginia Aquarium at 6:00pm SHARP.
Here, participants who do not have a board will be provided with one and Courtney will lead a brief introduction on land before dipping into the water.
We will then take a short paddle around the creek to become familiar with being on the water and once everyone is comfortable, we will join up and possibly do some in water meditation or a NOga session! We mayyyy also have a weekly talent show and other fun getting to know you games!

Here are the details:
๏ปฟ๐ถ๏ธ Event will be held every Monday evening from 6:00-8:00PM at the Owls Creek Public Boat Ramp.
๏ปฟ๐ Owls Creek Public Boat Launch is located next to the Virginia Aquarium.
๏ปฟ๐ถ๏ธ Parking at the boat launch is $5!
๏ปฟ๐ Participants must be comfortable in the water as well as be able to swim.
๏ปฟ๐ถ๏ธ You do not need prior paddling experience.
๏ปฟ๐ No refunds!
๏ปฟ๐ถ๏ธ In the case of inclement weather conditions, board rentals will be transferred to the following week.
๐ You MUST wear some sort of water shoes or flip tops.
๐ถ๏ธ You MUST have a life jacket on your board or you could be fined 75 dollars. If you rent a board this is included so no need to worry about bringing one!
