The Navy Operational Fitness and Fueling System (NOFFS) guides Sailors, their families, and DoD Civilians on how to physically train safely and effectively. The Strength Lab will cover the basics of functional strength and power training for beginner through intermediate lifters, and how to implement both throughout your own programs. This course begins with classroom-based lecture, followed by a practical strength lab.The NOFFS program is FREE to all MWR-authorized patrons.
