Sunshine Cottage's Noche del Sol will be held on Wednesday April 9 2026 at The Witte Museum. This vibrant evening celebrates the spirit of Sunshine Cottage School for Deaf Children where for 78 years children who are deaf or hard of hearing have learned to listen speak and shine in every aspect of life.

Founded in 1947 Sunshine Cottage has been a beacon of hope for familias across San Antonio and beyond. Our mission is simple but powerful. We ensure that no financial barrier stands in the way of a child’s ability to access hearing technology early intervention and an education rooted in listening and spoken language. Events like Noche del Sol make it possible for us to continue this legacy.

Noche del Sol is more than a fiesta. It is a night where community compassion and commitment come together under one roof.
