The History Behind Horse Soldier Bourbon

Horse Soldier Bourbon is more than a whiskey—it’s a tribute to courage, resilience, and history. Founded by the U.S. Special Forces team known as the “Horse Soldiers,” these American heroes were among the first to enter Afghanistan after 9/11, riding horses through the rugged terrain to carry out their mission. Their exploits are retold in the Hollywood blockbuster 12 strong, the CNN documentary "Legion of Brothers", and memorialized by America’s Response Monument located at Ground Zero in New York City. Their story of bravery is etched into every bottle, which is forged from steel recovered from the World Trade Center.
