Join Kent Refugee Help's 19th Annual General Meeting and stand in solidarity with refugees and migrants.
We are delighted to invite members, supporters and friends to our 19th Annual General Meeting commencing at 11:00-12:00.*
The AGM will be followed by a public event from 12:00-13:00, focussing on the new immigration and Asylum Bill and its impact on refugees and migrants. We will hear from charity workers, experts, campaigners, artists and people with lived experience.
Speakers: full programme to be announced
Razia Shariff (CEO Kent Refugee Action Network)
From 13:00 onwards, we will celebrate the work of Kent Refugee Help and the strength of our community with refreshments and informal conversation.
Join us for a day of discussion, learning, solidarity and celebration. Together, we will reflect on the past year, hear diverse perspectives, and reaffirm our commitment to welcoming and supporting refugees and migrants. This is an opportunity to connect with others, share experiences, and strengthen our collective commitment to justice, dignity and inclusion.
No earned settlement. No deportations. Refugees welcome. We all belong here.
