No Surf Fest is a free neighborhood music festival featuring five Ohio-based bands, live paintings by local visual artists, hands-on educational workshops led by the performing musicians, kids' activities, food trucks, local vendors, and a beer garden.

The 2026 lineup features The Labra Brothers, Black Voltron, Nikki D & the Sisters of Thunder, Ray Flanagan, and Da Land Brass Band — five acts delivering a packed afternoon of live music at Halloran Park on Cleveland's West Side.
