Welcome to No Stress Equine Events at Sparsholt College!We’re delighted to have you join us at this fantastic venue. Our events run across three rings:
Two Dressage arenas
One Showjumping arena
We provide a large flatwork warm-up arena and a designated jumping warm-up area within the showjumping arena. To ensure safety and avoid overcrowding, we allow three riders at a time into the jumping warm-up.
Please Note: Arenas can be subject to change.
Dressage Information:
Individual Dressage tests are held in the indoor arena.
Combined Training Dressage takes place in the outdoor arena located by the lorry park.
Showjumping Information:
Expect a flowing course of 10 jumps.
Cross poles only are used in the 30–40cm class.
Fillers and oxers begin from the 60–70cm classes and upwards.
Sparsholt is a lovely venue and we’re lucky to have a delicious food van on-site—perfect for a post-ride treat or to keep spectators well-fed!

Intro and Prelim Dressage Tests Placed within either Open, Restricted, Lead Rein, Under 16, Para Rider, First Ever Dressage Test (Horse & Rider Combo) or Veteran Horse Sections. Novice and Elementary Dressage and Combined Training Classes placed within Open Sections only. 30-60cm and 80-90cm Showjumping Classes will be placed within Open Sections Only and 60-80cm Showjumping Classes will be placed within Open and Under16 sections. Times will be available via My Riding Life on the Thursday Evening before the show. Showjumping is single phase with 3 refusals resulting in elimination in both showjumping and clear round. The course will remain the same throughout the day. Combined Training placings will be your dressage percentage minus any jumping faults and will not be timed. Rosettes for all in Dressage, Showjumping, Combined Training and Teams Entries. No Stress Teams Dressage and Showjumping - Teams may consist of between 3-5 competitors. An average of the team score will be taken for each placing and rosettes will be awarded to each member of the team with the team placing. All sections will be registered under the open section. NSD points for the Grand Tour will be awarded per team from an average score taken for all of the riders.
Entries Close on the Sunday Before the Show at 10pm
Late Entries May be Accepted until the following Wednesday at the Discretion of No Stress Dressage at £3 extra per class
