In this hands-on class, we’ll explore how vinegars and glycerites differ from alcohol-based tinctures in flavor, potency, and the types of phytochemicals they draw out.
You'll learn when and why to choose these alcohol-free alternatives, how to blend for both wellness and flavor, and what herbs pair best with each medium. Then we’ll roll up our sleeves and make an infused vinegar you’ll take home to steep.
