We gather in purple — the blending of red and blue — a symbol of unity beyond division.
Different views. Shared humanity.
✨ What to Expect
We’ll begin in stillness, grounding into the moment together with breath and a singing bowl sound bath to gently settle the nervous system.
From there, we move into a guided yoga session led by Aaron Elam, opening the body and energy with intention.
As the space opens, we transition into movement, expression, and connection:
• Opening Stillness + Singing Bowl Sound Bath
• Yoga with Aaron Elam
• Somatic Movement (gentle music + free movement + release)
• Joy Offering (open mic / talent share — music, poetry, art, story, dance)
• Closing Gratitude Circle
No pressure. No performance required. Just presence.
