No Other Land – A Fundraiser for Standing Together

The Greater Manchester Friends of Standing Together are hosting our public event. All ticket donations will go directly to Standing Together’s work opposing the occupation in Gaza and the West Bank, and building long‑lasting peace through Jewish–Palestinian partnership.
No Other Land is an acclaimed 2024 documentary co‑created by a Palestinian–Israeli collective. It follows the forced displacement of Palestinians in Masafer Yatta in the occupied West Bank, and the unlikely friendship between Basel Adra, a Palestinian activist, and Yuval Abraham, an Israeli journalist.
Their relationship is shaped by the stark inequality between them: Basel lives under a violent military occupation, while Yuval moves freely. The film was created during some of the darkest moments in the region, as an act of creative resistance to apartheid and a search for a path toward equality and justice.
This event is an opportunity to learn more about the realities facing Palestinians, and about the alliances and shared struggles that can be built to confront injustice.
