About this Event

No Longer Bound, The Musical is more than just a story about June 19th, 1865; it is a story of the Spirit of a people. Audiences will journey from the West Coast of Africa, through the ending of enslavement in the USA, and on to the victory and celebration of Juneteenth becoming a national holiday. Through dance, drumming, spoken word, and song, viewers will further understand the sacrifices that were made to end slavery in this country, with a multi-talented, multi-generational cast.
