Stay after the film to meet the filmmaker Elizabeth Littlejohn and hear WHAT YOU CAN DO about the proposal to expand the airport - and what it means for the waterfront from NoJetsTO and for our health from CAPE. Federal Consultation - survey open till July 24
Info: Tell the federal government what you think! Survey on Island airport expansion for jets is at this link: https://tc.canada.ca/en/corporate-services/consultations/public-consultation-future-billy-bishop-toronto-city-airport. This survey is biased in favour of the expansion - be sure to tell them all the reasons why we can't allow jets every 2 or 3 minutes flying over the waterfront. We'll give time at the event for folks to go online and fill in the consultation. It is open to anyone in Canada to fill it in, and we need to make sure Toronto's community views are well represented in the responses.
