NO ICE! NO WAR! PROTEST by Sandusky Indivisible

Trump is waging war and committing murder to enrich his billionaire backers. We are fighting to stop him. Stand with us and take action this weekend to demand an end to the occupation of Venezuela and our cities. We stand united demanding an end to the Venezuelan occupation and the removal of reckless untrained ICE agents from our communities.

Together we will force the administration to end the occupation of Venezuela and our cities and spread the word to our neighbors that we deserve better.

Every dollar spent in wars overseas or at home is a dollar we paid for with our taxes - a dollar that could and should go to helping our communities thrive. We can have good jobs, better schools, access to healthcare and get our basic needs met. But not while our government works for billionaires and not for us.

Join our community, be with like minded folks and enjoy the positive feedback from the passing cars. Dress warmly for snow/cold. We've found that being involved with our group is fun, nurturing and healing. It's a true mental health day! Bring signs or if not, we have extra signs for you. Tom and I are by our Indivisible banner in our yellow lawn chairs if you need a sign or just come by and say "Hi!".

Join us, stand strong and speak up in the peaceful tradition of Gandhi and Martin Luther King, Jr. Peaceful protest can and has defeated tyrants and dictators.

Please note: A core principle behind all our events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values. If someone flips you a bird (the only form of communication they seem to know) just blow them a kiss. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events This a local Sandusky Indivisible event!
