Join us for a free No Boundaries Open House + Q&A on Sunday, March 15 at 5 PM at Fleet Feet Frisco and learn more about our beginner-friendly 5K training program designed to help you start strong and stay encouraged.

No Boundaries is built for people who want a clear plan, real support, and a welcoming community. Whether you’re brand new to running, getting back into it, or finally ready to commit to a goal, this is a great chance to come meet the team, ask questions, and see what the program is all about.

You’ll hear more about what participants can expect, including:

• two weekly group meetups
• a step-by-step 8-week training plan
• guidance from an experienced coach
• access to a supportive WhatsApp community
• entry to The Big Run 5K
• extra participant perks including a Performance Redefined T-shirt, OS1st running socks, and more

You’ll also have the chance to meet Coach Farrell, who oversees our training programs, and get answers to any questions you have before training officially begins on Monday, March 30, 2026.
