Whether it’s your first 5K, a stronger 5K, Fleet Feet’s No Boundaries program will meet you where you are, build your confidence, and get you to the finish line feeling strong.Fleet Feet’s No Boundaries is a nationally organized and recognized program offered at Fleet Feet stores across the country. The program was designed with care to help runners of all levels build consistency, confidence, and fitness in a supportive, welcoming environment.
Program at a Glance
Start Date: April 14th
Duration: 8 weeks
Goal Race: Big Run 5K
Weekly Group Workouts: Tuesday @6PM and Saturday @7AM
Price: $80
All fitness levels are welcome
We meet as one large group and break into smaller groups during each workout, so you’ll always have the right training plan and support for where you are right now.
Choose the plan that fits your goals
No Boundaries Beginner 5K (Walk/Run Intervals)
This group is perfect if you’re new to running, getting back into movement, or looking for a low-pressure way to build consistency and confidence. You’ll use walk/run intervals that gradually progress each week, with the goal of finishing your 5K feeling proud and strong.
No Boundaries 5K (Run Program)
This group is ideal if you’ve completed a 5K before, graduated from a run/walk program, or you’re ready to run the full 5K with more structure. You’ll focus on building endurance, strength, and confidence so your next 5K feels smoother and stronger from start to finish.
