No-Bake Desserts

Description: Summer will be here before we know it, so be prepared with this all new class! Whether you’re throwing a garden party or just need a sugar fix, these oven-free desserts will fit the bill while keeping you cool.

What You’ll Learn: Learn to make no-churn ice cream that is endlessly customizable and requires no special equipment. Next, a White Chocolate and Raspberry Panna Cotta that would be an elegant touch at a summer dinner party. Lastly, we’ll talk about Icebox Cakes, and you’ll make your own mini version customized to your taste.

Our Mission: Let our cooking classes inspire you. Work with our chef/instructor to learn how to prepare delicious recipes, hone essential techniques, and put some "heart" back into cooking. All levels of experience welcome! We offer private classes, private parties, and a bounty of niche gourmet food and beverage products! NOTICE about cooking classes:

• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above.
• You will work with other students.
• Hands-on classes are limited to 7 to 10 students.
• You will sit or stand, cooking and working for most of the class.
• Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
• We do not offer refunds for classes within one week of the scheduled date. However, you are welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or family member if you are unable to attend.
• Students receive a coupon good for the day of the class for 10% off in-store purchases on all food, beverage, kitchen, and table top products.
• All recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc.

If you have a food allergy, please check with us before registering for a class. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made.

Whenever possible we utilize HAM SWEET FARM located in Williamston, MI, a short drive from the capital of Lansing. They offer a variety of products, including the lamb and poultry raised on their farm, as well as meat from other partner farms and fisheries.
