Its our party and we'll cry if we want to.. Celebrating 10 years of No Alternative, with an epic night of goth, postpunk, coldwave, darkwave, minimal synth and italo!
With an emphasis on new but also mixing in some obscure and plenty of forgotten classics (For previous setlists, please see our blog: https://noalternativebristol.blogspot.com/)
With Guest DJ Clive Lewis
Clive has been involved in Bristol's alternative electronic scene since the mid-90s, promoting and DJing nights including Bristol's first dedicated EBM club Torturetek, the legendary EBM/Futurepop/Synthpop night Digi:Tec, then London's Human Error, and more recently the 80s dancefloor chaos of Club Fascination.
He'll be playing synth driven 80s gems, classic EBM, an education in Cosmic Italo, and as much Synthwave and dark SynthPop as he thinks he can sneak onto the dancefloor before anyone notices.
£4 in advance
£5 on the door (cash or card)
As always, we are waiving the door fee for any NHS workers (please note that this needs to be done in advance by selecting the 'NHS' option on the ticket page)
If you've never been before then we're proud to say that both No Alternative and Zed Alley are LGBTQ+ friendly. We want you all to have an ace time, feeling safe and comfortable with who you are and the people you're with. Our crowd are always lovely but in the unlikely event of someone making you feel uncomfortable or if you're just feeling anxious then please speak to any member of staff or the DJs (All will be happy to say hello and help!)
