I am writing to you on behalf of the NNL WEST, a non-profit event run by volunteer modelers (visit our website at (https://www.nnlwest.org). We would like to invite you to be a sponsor for the 2025 show that is being held on January 4th, 2025. Celebrating 40 years of model car fun! That’s right, we are celebrating our 40th Anniversary this year! But sadly, our farewell celebration as will. The NNL WEST has always been a non-profit event with a big budget. We just can’t afford to keep putting on this high quality event anymore in the current financial atmosphere, so this is our last show. This year’s themes include Hot Rods & Long Roofs, plus many private awards, and some special 40th Anniversary surprises.� ��We are hoping that your business would be willing to provide us with a suitable prize or prizes for our show’s very popular raffle table. Any appropriate product you could donate to us would be much appreciated and your generosity will be recognized in both our event web site (NNLWest.org) sponsor page and a sign at the show. For the last couple of years we’ve photographed and posted prizes on social media as they arrived, this proved to be very popular with the modelers and very beneficial to our sponsors (so we’re going to do it again this year).

We would also be happy to distribute to our show participants any product literature or promotional materials you would care to send (we are expecting a crowd of 500 modelers).�� Throughout the day, show participants representing the full range of model car builders in the Western half of the United States (and far beyond) will be continually passing our raffle prize tables, coveting the prizes that have been donated, and carefully noting the companies that donated them. This is a powerful opportunity for your business to influence their future purchases by demonstrating your direct support of the model car hobby. Later, when they go back to their home clubs they will show the prizes they have won and talk about the products that you donated. The NNL WEST is constantly featured year after year in model car magazines. In fact, there will be special photo booths present for Model Car, Auto Modeler, and FineScale Modeler magazines!
