North Lincs Riding Club Camp 2026June 12th until 14th at Willow Banks
or an option of attending on just one day.
Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
There are 20 stables available from 2:30 on the Friday until the end of the camp.
NO HORSES TO BE LEFT ON SITE UNATTENDED
The cost for stables is £60 for the duration.
Hay & Shavings are NOT provided, and stables must be cleared out prior to departure.
No Day Stables or Field Turn out.
Friday we are offering an option of a private or shared flat lesson at an additional cost.
Or you are welcome to use the track or warm up for a leg stretch.
Not Staying? No worries there are spaces available for the Sat or Sunday for just one day attendance at £90 Members £100 Non-Members either day which will include Lunch.
However, priority will be given to riders stabling with Lesson plans.
Two-day attendees: Pick three lessons from the choices. Two will be on the Saturday and one on the Sunday Morning. Then your choice for the afternoon. These must be booked when registering and included in £170 Members £190 Non-Members, unless otherwise stated. ( this includes all meals)
One - day attendees: Pick two lessons for the Saturday or two from the Sunday This includes Lunch) £90 Members £100 Non Members
All the lessons on the Saturday and the Sunday Morning will be shared. No more that 4 in a group.
Sunday Pm there will also be an option of travelling just down the road to Winters EC to go Cross Country Training with Caroline Peatfield.
Bringing someone with you , Not a problem they are welcome to join us for Talks and food at a cost of £40pp

Cancellations – Events & Clinics
Our cancellation policy for both events and clinics, which will be strictly adhered to, is as follows:
Clinics If Times have been published and notice is less than 48 hours' notice No Refund. (unless a replacement can be found)
Dressage If Times have been published and notice is less than 48 hours' notice No Refund.
Show Jumping less than 48 hours' notice No Refund
Qualifiers – If you have given your name to the Team Manager or have booked via the Website Payment needs to be made before Prelim entries get submitted. If you have still not paid and not notified a change of intention, you will still be charged the entry fee unless replacements can be found.
Championships- If you have qualified for the championship and accepted if you then find you
are unable to attend, exceptional circumstances excluded, and we cannot find a replacement
you will be billed for the entry that the club has paid for.
