NJIDA Fall Conference 2026 Vendor and/or Sponsor Registration

The New Jersey Branch of the International Dyslexia Association (NJIDA) is pleased to invite you to participate in our 2026 Annual Fall Conference on Friday, October 16, 2026, at our new location:

We hope you will consider joining us as a Vendor, Breakfast Sponsor, or both for this year's Fall Conference!

The NJIDA Fall Conference typically attracts approximately 450–550 participants and provides an excellent opportunity for organizations to showcase their products, services, and resources. Our attendees include teachers, school administrators, specialists, therapists, psychologists, speech-language pathologists, medical professionals, attorneys, and parents who are committed to supporting individuals with dyslexia and improving literacy outcomes.

Our strong lineup of speakers draws attendees from across New Jersey and the surrounding region. Several of our vendors return year after year, and we would be delighted to have your organization join us this year.

Vendor tables will be located in the hallways near the main ballroom, providing convenient access and visibility throughout the day.

Vendor Purchasing Options:

• $400 per six-foot table, including one lunch
• $350 for each additional table
• $75 for each additional lunch
• Vendor setup begins at 6:00 AM, as check-in begins at 8:00 AM
• Vendors are asked to remain until approximately 3:30 PM, allowing participants an opportunity to visit vendor tables after the afternoon session which concludes at 3:15 PM

If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please complete the. Space is limited, so we encourage you to register early. Vendor space will not be confirmed until payment is received.

This year, NJIDA is pleased to introduce a Breakfast Sponsor opportunity for organizations looking to increase their visibility among conference attendees while supporting NJIDA's mission.

Please note: The $500 Breakfast Sponsorship does not include a vendor table. It is a separate sponsor opportunity. Organizations interested in both exhibiting and sponsoring the breakfast may participate as both a Conference Vendor and a Breakfast Sponsor.

As a $500 Breakfast Sponsor, your organization will receive:

• Special recognition by the NJIDA President at the start of keynote presentation
• Acknowledgment as a Breakfast Sponsor at the registration table
• Company name displayed at the breakfast buffet and on guest tables during the keynote breakfast, along with a QR code linking directly to your website so attendees can easily learn more about your organization
• Featured as a Breakfast Sponsor on the NJIDA website
• Highlighted as a Breakfast Sponsor on NJIDA social media pages
• Featured as a Breakfast Sponsor in the NJIDA quarterly newsletter, distributed to our membership and the broader literacy community

PARTICIPATION OPTIONS

• Vendor Table: $400 - Includes 6-foot table + 1 lunch
• Breakfast Sponsor: $500 - Includes sponsorship benefits; does not include a vendor table
• Vendor + Breakfast Sponsor: $900 - Includes both opportunities
