The New Jersey Association of Alpha Phi Alpha Chapters’ 44th Annual District Conference will be held December 12–14, 2025 with the theme:
“From Urgency to Action: Alpha Brothers Answering the Call for Today and Tomorrow.”
It’s a weekend of fellowship, business, learning, and celebration.
- Friday kicks off with registration, a welcome reception, comedy show, and after party.
- Saturday is a full day with breakfast, business sessions, workshops, luncheon, panel discussions, and the signature Black and Gold Dinner, followed by an after party.
- Saturday Night Black and Gold Dinner
- Sunday closes out the weekend with an Awards Brunch celebrating the achievements of brothers across New Jersey.
The conference blends fun, networking, and serious work as Alpha brothers continue to build on our legacy and answer the call for today and tomorrow.
