Join NJ Pickup Flag Football every Saturday at 11:00 AM. This is an adult (18+), co-ed pickup league where all skill levels are welcome. We keep it respectful, and play competitive but relaxed games—perfect for beginners and seasoned players alike.

What to expect
- 10:45 AM check-in and warm-ups
- Teams formed on the field; 5v5/6v6 depending on turnout
- About 90–120 minutes of fast, fun play
