Nimbus Co Manly PLUNGE CLUB - January

On the first Saturday* of each month, we'll be hosting our NIMBUS CO Plunge Club.

With 16 spots up for grabs, and based on a first come, first serve basis, our friendly staff will be there to welcome new and existing 'ice bathers' to come try out a cold plunge, on us.

Please feel free to bring a friend, just make sure you grab a ticket for them too!

On the day, we'll provide hot tea, water and showers and give all attendees a run through on why cold immersion is so good for our health, and, our NIMBUS tips on 'how to ice bath'.

What to bring?

• BYO Towel
• Swimwear + change of clothes
• Come alone or with a friend (just remember to get them a ticket); newbies are especially welcome
• A team spirit to stay and support those new to ice baths
• We encourage lots of high fives and cheering on
• An open mind to meet new people

Once you have registered with Eventbrite, our friendly team will be in touch with you directly to confirm your specific start time for Plunge Club, sometime between 7.30am - 8.30am. Don't worry if you miss out on a spot this month, there is always next month!
